4. Deposits and Payments

For projects valued at more than £200, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before work commences.

The remaining balance shall become payable upon mutual agreement between Futures Connect LTD and the client during the project lifecycle and prior to final delivery or transfer of the completed website.

Futures Connect LTD may provide demonstrations, previews, or live demonstrations during the development process.

Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

Clients may request cancellation during the design phase of a project.

Where a client reasonably believes that the agreed design expectations are not being met, Futures Connect LTD may, at its discretion, refund the initial deposit during the early design stages.

Futures Connect LTD reserves the sole right to determine whether substantial development work has been completed. This determination shall be based on the amount of work performed, development progress, resources committed, and project milestones achieved. Once substantial development has been completed, no refunds shall be provided.

Payments made for website hosting, maintenance services, subscriptions, or recurring services are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, feedback, content, and approvals required to complete a project.

Clients may provide their own:

• Text content
• Images
• Logos
• Branding materials

Where clients request Futures Connect LTD to create logos, branding materials, content, or other additional assets, separate charges may apply.

Clients warrant that they own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any materials supplied to Future Connect LTD.

Clients agree not to provide any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or violates applicable laws.

7. Project Delays and Inactive Projects

Website development projects require regular communication and feedback from clients.

If a client becomes unresponsive for a period exceeding 10 consecutive days, Futures Connect LTD reserves the right to:

• Suspend project work
• Reallocate development resources
• Revise delivery timelines
• Close the project

Reactivation of suspended projects may be subject to additional fees.

8. Website Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed website shall transfer to the client only after full payment of all outstanding fees has been received.

Until full payment is made, all work, designs, source files, and related materials remain the property of Futures Connect LTD.

All logos, trademarks, branding, website content, graphics, designs, and intellectual property belonging to Futures Connect LTD remain our exclusive property unless expressly transferred in writing.

9. Maintenance and Hosting Services

Futures Connect LTD may offer ongoing website maintenance and hosting services.

Such services may operate on a subscription basis and may automatically renew unless cancelled by either party.

Cancellation of maintenance or hosting services does not entitle the client to a refund of previously paid fees.

Futures Connect LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue maintenance and hosting services upon reasonable notice.

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Futures Connect LTD.

1. Website Development Services

For projects with a value exceeding £200, a 50% deposit is required before work commences.

2. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project within 5 working days after development has commenced.

Where cancellation occurs during the early design phase and the client reasonably believes that agreed expectations are not being met, Futures Connect LTD may consider a partial refund of the initial deposit at its discretion.

No refunds will be issued once substantial development work has been completed.

3. Completed Projects

Once a website has been completed, delivered, and approved by the client, no refunds shall be available.

Approval of the final project constitutes acceptance of the work provided.

4. Custom Design, Branding, and Logo Services

Payments made for custom logos, branding materials, graphic design, or other bespoke creative work are non-refundable.

5. Hosting and Maintenance Services

Hosting and maintenance services may be billed monthly or yearly.

Customers may cancel these services by providing at least 14 days' notice.

Cancellation will stop future billing; however, no refunds will be provided for amounts already paid.

6. Subscription Services

Any subscription-based services provided by Futures Connect LTD shall remain active until cancelled by the client or terminated by Future Connect LTD.

No partial refunds shall be issued for unused portions of subscription periods.
